What's for dinner ?

We had pork chops that are ham, apple sauce and sweet potatos. delicious.

I diced up the rest of my spatchcock chicken from the weekend, mixed in the leftover steamed carrots in butter and hot honey, plus some frozen peas and carrots to fill it out, gravy, and am having chicken pie.

Three full meals out of a $5 chicken. My frugal bone is happy.

I'm grabbing Chinese. Pork lo mein sounds good.

The Boss Lady had a tooth pulled this morning and can't eat any "solid" food for, at least, today. I'm thinking that a simple balogna sandwich sounds good to me tonight.

Unless I change my mind, I'm having leftover Chinese take out and whatever.. The wife unit is under the weather so it is snack time and no meal.
