What's going on at Best Buy?

I pre-ordered my phone there for pick-up at the store. Website is showing the phone as unavailable at any local store. I have received no e-mail from them telling me to go pick up my phone.

They have the "Samsung Experience" in the store - I'd think they have the phones? Unable to get through via phone lines - so what is happening? Does anyone know?

Not even Best Buy knows what they are doing. There was another product I wanted to look at earlier this week that was showing as being available in several local stores. Yet, when I went into a couple of them there was nothing to be found and the sales people hadn't a clue what I was even talking about.

I preordered and got an email yesterday morning saying mine was ready for pickup today. Counting down the hours until work is over!!! Black AT&T 32gb

BB is a huge cluster f**k. Went there this morning as several people reported VZW N# on sale as of this morning. Negative. Not even in the system. Some people report BB will match prices of other stores - Negative. Not only wont they match, when the N3 comes in (the same day that VZW ships), they will not sell them off contract. Even though the retail is 4100 higher than VZW pre order.

On top of that, BB Mobile center has totally different stories.

Bottomline: stick with tehVZW 10/10 pre order.

I'm an AT&T customer so my experience is a bit different. I like the service at BB - but their dreadful centralized phone customer service is the pits. My local store is great. So I couldn't get through because they were swamped. Not sure if it was for this phone (looked like it), but I decided to drive up and see.
1/. My pre-order had a funky number. They found me because of the phone number as their system could not recognize my pre-order.
2/. No white phones to be had. Since I was regretting that choice (based on comments on this forum) I didn't care so long as I had a phone.
3/. ZERO accessories, except for some clunky case. I got the phone, then went to AT&T. They had one case (with a flip cover) $40 and it looked like it would add bulk to the phone. So nothankyouverymuchindeed.

I like buying my phone at BB. They have good in-store service (great service, really), a superb extended guarantee, and the buy-back program if I should want to switch phones in less than 2 years.

So many things to learn now. Love it.
Cheers!

it depends on the BB where you go. the one near my work sucks as they are always under staffed and i had to wait like 15mins just to get some answers on the note 3. and i kept on getting mixed answers as to when the note 3 will be released.

i go to BB to only buy things and not for there service which can be horrible.

i bought my note 3 from a sprint store and i am very happy so far.

Had no problems here...pre ordered 2 weeks ago.. got email yesterday, used link in email to make appointment for 10 am to pick up and walked in at 10 am to pick up. Listened to half a dozen people complain behind me that there were not enough phone as I believe they only had pre orders available.
