what's best way to backup roms and individual apps+data other than titanium backup?

also which LG Esteem rom is more reliable(runs smooth without glitches) Rom#2 or Plague?

I use CWM & TB for my backups. #2 definitely gets my vote for best ROM.

Currently religiously running:

#2 + Plaque Kernel @ 2.0ghz

I'm still testing #2. #2 came out after Plaque and Blitz and i was actually part of the early testing team (i bricked too lol). So plaque is cool too but #2 smoothness is visible and if you also install the Plaque Kernel for ZVD with #2, that duo makes it amazing. Battery didnt diminish as fast because im not a memory hog. I close whatever is not open and uninstall apps that are constantly running in the background, (like facebook, gone...)and only leave processes that i truly want open.
