Root what's the best screenshot app?

i have screenshot it, root version & when i want to post a certain part of picture to instagram it looks washed out & loses quality, not as clear as iPhone screenshots.

The one that's installed on "most" the ROMS is the best one ive every used. It's clear as hell, just like looking at the screen. I guess that's the point huh? lol

is there a way i can get the screenshot option installed instead of the actual rom ?

Any ideas? I've tried just about all possibilities. It's like they made this phone specifically not to be screenshot capable.

wasnt there a mod to flash native screenshot on to a phone that dosnt have it? but does have to be rooted ofcourse.
