What's the weather like where you are?

Rain has finally come to my area. An inch or so Friday and Saturday and almost an inch so far today. Rain is forecasted every day next week. We desperately need the moisture but spreading it out a bit would be nice.
Still Sping. I think we made it through the surprise blizzard stage once again.
Daily rains increase the challenge and decreases the pleasure of mowing lawns. Another half inch just fell with more to come. At least I only got soaked on my last Tuesday lawn.
Sprinkling. Good test for my waterproof case.
Cold and wet in Boston. Temperature's 42°. It's windy with drenching rain. RealFeel 23°.

Hot weather has arrived after three weeks of rain. It never rained that much but it rained some most every day. With that in mind, the heat compounded by the humidity has created some miserable weather the past couple of days. Currently it is 89.4° with the humidity at 67%.
After a 5 day certified heatwave in Boston in June it feels like April. I Love This City!
Not predicted, a storm cell bloomed North of me and grew to be a threat. It passed over in about an hour or so and dropped 2.04" of rain here last night. That much rain in that span of time creates flash floods in the flat lands of Kansas. Nothing harmed here but I'll be heading to the cabin South of here later to make certain all is well. It was in the direct path of the storm that was intensifying in strength as it moved South.
I have no idea why people think Kansas is flat.

Kansas is a plains state and is fairly flat. There is some variance in elevation and it is not without some character. But over all, saying it's flat is not a great exaggeration.

The temp topped 100 today and may have peaked at 101°. With no wind at all it was just pretty miserable outside today. It's plenty darn hot for mid June for sure.
It looks like it topped out at 102.2° here at the ranch. Currently it's 101.5 and feels like 110°. When I was out mowing, I could have sworn it felt like 111°

It was hot again today but at least there was a bit of wind. One hundred degree weather with zero air moving is no fun.
Basically a week the temps were in the high 90's to low 100's. Early AM today a weather front moved through. With it came a half inch of rain and cooler temps. Currently it is only 70.7° with overcast skies.
That's a heatwave. Beats mine. A whole day-yum week. Ultrahot!
