Hot and humid Tue, Wed, Thur (90-95 - heat indexes in the upper 90s lower 100s) Friday 85, weekend looks lovely, 82 Saturday, 78-79 on Sunday. We hang out in the upper 80's for early next week then warmer they say.

As always, if you don't like the weather in Kansas City, hang out for a day or 2 it will change.

Last night was like a thunderstorm without the rain in my 'hood, I predict it will be a much worse storm tonight! Sparklers are legal in my town, my neighbors go above and beyond

No kidding right? Here in the KC metro we have had 3 different vehicle fires in the past 5 days. I've lived here a long long time and I can't remember any other time when we had multiple car fires in a month's time much less a week.

Worst flooding I have seen in 45 years in this area. There's a business (that does get flooded when it rains bad) that currently has 6 FEET (yes feet not inches) or more of water inside. Wow.
