Help Whatsapp recovery s23 ultra

Hi all
I backed up whatsapp in my old phone. When I try to recover from the new phone, I get amesage that there is internet connectivity issues. I don't have any problem with other apps on the internet. Only this problem. The old phone is a70 and the new phone is s23 ultra 512g. Thank you.

I am trying sience yesterday. In the old phone I can make backup all the time. The recovery is the problem. One more thing.The app data is encripted.

Make sure that you can access Google Drive with your Google account on your s23 ultra.

Hi.
I solved the peoblem.
AT the phone default the regular whatsapp aleeady was installed.
I deleted that app and after that I installed the whatsapp buisnness successfuly.
I hope that this information will help other people and will save alot of time.
