Help When I answer my phone, music starts playing!

Since the new operating system upgrade, my music player starts playing music whenever I receive a phone call and answer my phone.

Can anyone help?

Why is the solution to every problem with this phone a "Factory Reset"???

I don't want to spend hours doing a factory reset. I have done several factory resets in the past and I've had the phone replaced twice.

Does anyone else have any specific recommendations?

The frustration with this phone never ends!
 
By this time it could have been fixed with drum roll please.....factory reset. Get use to them. You have an oddity here. If by chance you stumble upon an fix, please post.

Have you cleared the data from the music player, and cleared the phones cache?

Yes, I have cleared the data from the music player and ensured that the music player wasn't playing in the background. I have also cleared the phones cache. I have also done a *228.

I feel like I've had a lot of "oddities" with this phone.
