Root When will the official Gingerbread OTA get root?

Has anybody on rooted gingerbread recieved a pop up to download ota?

I was on rooted gingerbread, gf had to borrow my phone for work. She apparently saw a message about an update not knowing what it was and told it to update. Now I am on ota gingerbread with no root.


Luckily I have my titanium backup and will just have to go back to froyo and reload rooted gingerbread. Regardless I was not happy.

You actually can now directly root the .602 GB release of Android on the Droid X using the newly-found D3 rooting exploit.
