When will Verizon reduce the price???

Amazon selling the phone for $99 to new customers. I am out of contract but will not cancel and start over because I will lose my unlimited data. Any ideas??

A month or so, or longer or when a new phone comes out. I wouldn't hold your breath for it to be super soon
 
A lot of online stores (target mobile, walmart, etc) been running upgrade prices around $220 for a while now. Best Buy Mobile will price match, take a print out. Verizon themselves are almost always the highest...you're better getting somewhere else with your upgrade to keep unlimited data.
 
Just take a printout to best buy mobile showing what amazon and other companies are selling it for and they will price match?
 
Yes, that's what they did for me...I would call your store to verify. Not sure if it has to be a place with real stores like Target or they'll accept any online retailer. 2 stores I went to, both acted like price match wasn't a concern.
 
Who knows anymore. It used to be Verizon used the MAP charts, and when the end date was reached, a price adjustment was made if necessary. They were pretty rigid about not dropping the price before then. But lately they have been pretty active with the price dropping. Basically as long as it sells well for them, and nothing that could be considered a "replacement" comes along, it will probably stay $299.
