Where are the system animations located for Sense ROMs? By system animations, I mean transitions from app to app, menus, popups, etc. Also, does anyone have a completely stock ROM from VM?

Another question- how do you get a ROM to boot on any HBOOT? I was thinking about making a stock based ROM.
