where do i find the newest gapps (google apps)

I have an htc hero cdma (sprint) and I'm running aosp 0.9.9.2. Do I still use mdpi gapps like on cyanogenmod. And where can I find the newest ones for my phone. And also how do you flash them? Do you just flash over the old ones?

Check the Gingerbread (2.3) thread. You'll see the most recent ROM upload provided by Don which includes a Gapps file. You can also delete all Gapps on the phone, except for Market, and re-download them.
