Root Where does Team Blackhat hang out?

I purchased the Market app for TBH but every time they put out an update I have no clue what to do with it and the instructions create more questions than it answers.

I look on MyDroidWOrld Forums but it has little traffic. Do these guys hang out somewhere so I can post questions and gather info?

The Tranq toolbox was updated but I have no clue how to install it or where to find out.
