Hey Everyone,
I have an LG optimus one, not rooted... came with froyo, upgraded to gingerbread.
I have not installed any apps other than whatsapp, navfree (offline gps nav), onavo and my data manager.
I have noticed about 1mb per day (i know it's not a lot but my plan doesn't give me much data) being consumed by some sort of OS component:
- Onavo identifies it as "Android OS + Other"
- My data manager identifies it as "Dialer" and "Network location"
I have disabled location services on my phone and played around with pretty much every single setting, cannot narrow down what this data is and why it is being consumed by the OS... even when I disable synchronization to my google account the data stream is there.... any ideas???
Thanks!!!
