Help Where is panoramic, and burst mode,

Sense 3.0 camera app was suppose to include panoramic and burst mode. Why dont we have it the htc sensation does. we are also missing scenes mode. Any way to install apk of the sensations camera app without root?
 
Wasn't there also a feature where shutter lag was significantly reduced? My shutter lag on the E3D is as bad as the E4G.
