Which browser are you using on your Optimus?

I'm still running the stock Android browser, and it seems to do a pretty good job overall for my limited usage, but I haven't tried any of the other browsers that are out there, and would like some user opinions on how they work with the Optimus V. So, what browsers have you tried and what are you currently using?

Dolphin Mini. Tried all the others and find them annoying. Skyfire in particular has way too much crap on the screen. I don't need to watch flash video that badly.

xScope is much better than stock. Faster loads, tabs, single finger zoom and you can download files to your SD card are the highlights for me.

A touch bit slower than Dolphin, but xScope renders much better.

I use Skyfire. All that crap is actually pretty convenient, and it goes away when you scroll down.

Anybody know why I can't seem to set it as the default browser? It keeps asking me which browser I would like to use whenever I click a link.

I use Opera Mobile. And it seems like every time the phone is turned off and on I have to pick the default browser again.

Okay I just got Opera Mobile and it is definitely the best. It is soooo much faster than Skyfire of Dolphin and the UI looks better.

I use xscope on the phone, lots of features with relatively low clutter. The one handed pin zoom is a killer feature that puts it ahead of Dolphin who's gesture feature I find to be a largely unusable gimmick. On the larger screen tablet and on the phone when downloading I prefer the new Firefox. It doesn't do full screen like xscope or dolphin but it syncs bookmarks with desktop Firefox and downloads from services like filesonic complete which can't be said for any other Android browser that I've tried

Opera Mini

3g speeds even in 1x areas
Data compression
Text reflow
Pinch to zoom
Great start page

Whats not to love? :)

It can't play flash video like skyfire :P

In all seriousness, I'm using Opera more, but do use skyfire more with sites I know use video (like phandroid for example :P).

I use mostly Dolphin for browsing, and Xscope for downloading videos to my sdcard. But on this android forum I'm using opera mini which is super fast. Miren browser is also very fast, but I don't like it because the tab is not appealing.
