i soon plan to get a note and i've noticed there are two forums. I'm not sure which is for what. I was gonna get mine from att, but I keep reading the other verison is better. Help me understand

The AT&T Note is LTE, this forum.

The NON-AT&T is the international version. You can tell with the button on the bottom of the device instead of the capacitive ones.

if you want LTE speeds... you know which one to get for $299
