which one is better to back your data Titanium Backup or all in one recovery=recovery-RA-optm-2.2.1-GNM.img.?????with recovery all you do is Nand Backup. to use titanium do i have to uninstall recovery.????

the nand back up is taking a complete image of the phone at that point, a snapshot if you will

when you go to restore it will put everything back as it is at that moment.

all your apps, all your customizations.
You do not need to do anything with titanium for nand back up.

the titanium is your apps and the app settings, I think I dont use it so I dont know.

Now as to which is better, nand is better, but only for returning everything back to exactly as it is.

If you want to change roms titanium is the way to go because it can return your apps back even if you flash a new rom.
