Root which rom for p500.

hello guys.i m trying to flash a new rom on my p500..so i was searching for the best rom (from the views of battery,performance and ram management)..i saw a lot of options and to be honest i got comfused..does anyone of you tried a rom which worked without problems?i mean in camera,speaker or anywhere else!
i mostly look for cyanogen..which i saw has already ice cream version for my mobile...thanks for your time!any answer is welcomed!

preferably if it could let me decide which apps will be on startup and which not,and if it could support adobe flash,it could be great,but these are minor problems...
also,i had cm7 but i wasnt totally happy with ram management..so if there is an ice cream version with not big problems i could give it a try!
