there is nothing based on the new sense to my knowledge. also its funny to me to use "sense" and "amazing battery life" in the same sentence 
try incredibly reingineered. i havent tried may roms yet on my incredible,but that one is amazingly fast and smooth and even had an awsome theme,with exception of the white messaging background.

Uber ROM should do the trick for you I ran for ~3 weeks it's very nice has great battery life with included kernel and has the new sense. You can also try Nils business sense as well they are both based off the "Z" ROM's
that one is based on sense 2.0

I tried Uber Sense three different times, and the first time the phone rebooted randomly on me. Second time I got rid of it because there were some features in the phone I couldn't use and I was being picky. The third time I wasn't able to listen to more than 15 seconds of a song before the phone stopped the music, black screen, with no button functions. I liked Super Z the best. Theincrediblelist.com has a lot of Z ROMS. I want to get a ROM based on the Bolt so that it works better.
