Model?.......uh the RAZR M. Verizon, same as I.

Mine has 98.16.3.XT907.Verizon.en.US on it also. But mines my 4th refurb. I don't know if that makes a difference.

Mine has the .18 My wife's original had this as well but both of her replacement phones have had the .16.
