Help White Triangle with Yellow Exclamation point above a Blue Android ...

I am trying to upgrade my sensation XE to ICS but whenever I try to install, there is a White Triangle with Yellow Exclamation point above a Blue Android ...and the only solution is to take the battery out....any idea guys???:mad:

Is your phone rooted mate?
 
I would sugest to re-download the update. It may be corrupt. If you have a file explorer such as ES File explorer goto /sdcard/download/ & delete the original update, I think its OTA_PYRAMID_LE_ICS_35_S (something somthing).ZIP

Then goto Menu>Settings>About Phone & check for updates again. You should be able to re-download it.

i just redownloaded it but i got exactly the same problem when I tried to install it again...

mate i put it to recovery mode but still, cant install the installion was aborted basically straight after...

no one got the same problem at all???
