Colonel Panic, I am just trying to wrap my mind around the notion of "tried to clean his out."
It's either including the wrong stuff or it is not.
Again, I respect the ROM craftsmen a lot, including andrizoid, and I flashed WW 4.1 before I became aware of this issue, n00bie that I am in rooting (it stunk on my device so I covered it with one that works for me).
I will not, however, flash another of his products until I can be certain he is doing more than "trying to clean his out."
To repeat: I cannot see this as a grey area.

Ok how did he try to "clean it out" please explain that. He included apps in his rom, got called on a few of them, took those out, then put different apps in. he didnt clean it out, he swapped it lol.
I haven't been on this board for weeks, and he still has stuff that other developers asked to be removed. Respect the copyrights of other's, especially when the items are distributed with a license. No one is being unfair, I tried helping him for weeks but then he went off the deep end.

anything i use in my rom had been included by a ton of other people. nothing is paid.
what non free apps are you talking about jcase?
the swype app was the hacked version provided to me by thenestor.
i have quick boot-included by a ton of people.
handcent-how many customized versions are there floating around out there that nobody cares about?
set cpu was removed and i added overclocking widget instead
i even took your LWP patch off in favor of Darchstar.
nothing is non free jcase.

lol incase you didnt know, swype is a copyright, licensed app. that in itself is enough. so what if its "hacked".

you did try helping me. you and jamezelle were actually the only helping people i could find on team irc.
but your wrong...me go off the deep end? do you not remember frameworks thread? a multi page personal attack. thats what made me "go off the deep end"
and nothing that devs have asked to be removed is included.
set cpu was asked to be removed, i removed it.
swype was just asked to be removed, he said take it out in the newer versions. he was so cool about it he added me to the closed beta.
the other rom devs are making a bigger deal of it than the devs of the apps im supposedly "stealing"
cut me some slack jcase...thats the whole point of 4.4 ~clean~
it removes anythjing that people could take offense to.

All I'm saying is, Did andrizoid take anything that was yours and claim it as his own? If he didn't grow up, you can report what he stole to the AUTHOR, and then its up to them to decide what to do. I just don't get what you get out of this???
