Root who wants to walk me through this?

I need some help, trying to get my phone back to stock, unrooted, nothing but the official 2.2 on it.

I dont know where to begin. I havent messed with the phone in over a month...so i dont even remember what i did to it then. Uhhhh, so who is up for the task?

also, my optical pad does not work, so.....it may be impossible for certain methods to work

thats why this is going to be so hard i think...because in clockwork, i cant use the optical pad to select items, you know what i mean?
