Root Who's moving the ROMs?

I just discovered Velocity 0.4 has been posted and then MOVED to totally different thread. That thread is posted by the author name, so unless you know about a new ROM and the author's name, you're never going to find it.

Shouldn't there be something posted in All Things Root and somehow kept toward's the top for new ROM releases?

Dont remeber seeing a velocity v0.4 thread at all in the all things root section. I was awake during the release. (IRC ftw). And it was in Tridents section in Rom Developers where it should be when released. Maybe your referring to a different thread. No idea.
