That form factor is literally perfect for me. WHY HTC WHY???
I'm hoping Android can be ported to this!
A dual boot would rock!
Yuck!
The last time I had something in that form factor it was made by Hewlett Packard and it was in the year 1991.
I'm holding off on WP7 until some better designs come out. I'm really hoping Motorola will decide to commit, because I think they make some of the better looking/feeling handsets. I'd love a Droid 2 design on for a WP7 phone.
No way HTC has always trumped everyone when it comes to phone designs!
Eh. I prefer HTC to Samsung designs because they look uninspired and cheap most of the time, especially the Galaxy S phones, sans the Captivate which actually looks very slick. I think HTC suffers from how thick they make their phones.
IDK I've always loved the way HTC made thier phones, which is why I was really, really disappointed with the EVO and it's seemingly large amount of Quality Control Issues, especially since the HD2 (VERY similar) didn't have ANY of these issues.
And it seems HTC's allegiance is truly to Microsoft as thier new lineup of Windows 7 Phones looks badass, and I bet they perform awesome too =/
Yeah, the EVO debacle wasn't the best of times, but I was never a fan of the design anyways...except for that 4.3 inch screen *drools*
I always completely forget that HTC makes the G2, which is my absolute favorite design (and looks similar to the HTC 7 Pro) of any phone ever. Just make it a smidgen thinner and I'd be a happy customer.
Yeah that G2 is a great looking & performing phone, although that nasty Rootkit TMorbid installed will keep me from buying it.
You can load Android on the HTC Touch Pro2 which looks like that.

I don't see the confusion. They ripped off the iPhone 3G design and then thought it'd be best to construct the entire thing out of a light, cheap plastic. If you think that's contrary to what I said then perhaps you'd be willing to let me ship out a dictionary your way.
Not the exact same, but still running Android.
No I have one, but you must be using a much more advanced version.
When you said "they look uninspired and cheap most of the time" I naturally assumed you were referring to physical appearance when you used the word look. As in:
look
