wi-fi, siyah 2.1.1

Ive just flashed siyah 2.1.1 to my s2 on ki8 i noticed this morning that even when my wifi is set to off it still shows a full bar on battery usage, any ideas?

As you can see in the screenshot wifi is a full bar but my wifi has been off all that time

edit: ive double checked wifi activity in betterbatterystats new view series feature ive attatched a screenshot, even that shows that wifi is on even when ive turned off on the phone

No issue here on DlevROM 3.1. Try rebooting the handset and checking if the problem persists.
