Help Widget Locker

Hi,

Is anyone using widget locker at all?

It's a great app but i'm having a major problem with it at the moment in the fact that by pressing the home key it completely by-passes the lock. I have gone through all of the options and i have ensured that the option to keep the home button active is switched off.

Anyone else having this issue/ If so have you fixed it?

Thanks :)

Yep having the same issue.

The developer of that app seems to be on top of the ball. I've exchanged a couple of messages with him in the past and he replies promptly. I'd shoot him a message and let him know you're having an issue - I'm confident it's only a matter of time for it to be fixed.

Great App indeed, here are the settings to disable the Home Button

1. Go to Advanced Options and uncheck everything.
2. Select Homehelper, check all 3 options
3. Now select Homehelper Launcher and set it to your launcher interface (either the default Touch Wiz or a custom launcher such as Go Launcher EX)
4. Now select Home and choose set as default then select WL Launcher App

Hope this helps, if not I can check my other settings.

I haven't had much time to test all the options for this app but the above method will disable the unlock on Home button press.

Thank you very much indeed, this has solved the problem!

Nice, thanks for that. Had it working properly on my SGSI, but had clearly forgotten the required settings since I hadn't got it going on my SGSII until I followed your post.
