Wife's Dinc has new Market!!!

Went to install an app for the wife on her Dinc and to my surprise she has the new Market! Asked her if she got any notification of a upgrade and she said no. When I activated her phone couple of weeks ago, she had the old market.

So I guess when it comes to the X it will update automatically? I know we can install the update manually, but im a little jealous that she got it first and she don't even like to download apps.

We'll guess i'll update manually so I can have the new market. Kinda like to wait and get it when its pushed, u know like getting a early surprise Christmas gift! Tis the season!

Yes it is! Any real tech head like myself will tell you any update is exciting no matter how small it is. Matter of fact their was a whole thread talking about the new Market and how to manually install it and it was a popular thread. So yea I would say its that important.

How do you know if you have the 'new' version? Is there a version number? Mine is 2.2.7.

i had to reboot my X about 5 days ago...after the reboot, I had the new market

I you have it, you'd know as soon as you opened the market - total different look.

Yep, have had it for about a week now. I dont know if its just me but cant find (or they took it out) the updatde all button!!!

I just got it last night. Went into the market to download an app, backed out, wanted something else. When I went back into it I had the new one lol

Its at the top when you go to my apps its very lite colored so it is easy to miss. I used it a couple of minutes ago.

Got the new market on mine last week too. Just showed up - no indication that it was coming or need to accept the update. My wife's still doesn't have it. Sort of mysterious what the trigger is to cause the update.

Updates don't seem to get stuck now. Definitely better!

I just manually installed it and i was one of the first to get it
