Help Wifi Connection Problem

I just bought and activated the phone. I cannot connect to my home wifi. I have called both my cell and internet providers with no result. Virgin states there is no reason why it wouldn't work. I have reset my modem and my internet provider has changed channels and security.

My phone says it's connected, but it will not actually go to any webpages (says no internet connection). There is a wireless signal showing.

Go to your WiFi setting and select forget network.Turn both the Phone and your router off. Wait a few minutes and turn both back on. Put in your password on your phone. If still having problems do everything plus turn off modem and take the batteries and wait 5 min.
