Root Wifi/EasyTether problem on Synergy RC2!

Recently within the last two weeks I've been having a problem with connecting to internet via Hacked Sprint Hotspot, Wireless Tether and Easy TetherPro on my Evo running Synergy RC2. Ive wiped data, davlik, cache , reflashed Rom twice and still no luck. WWhat could be the problem? Thanks for the help.

Thread moved to the root section. I wonder if Sprint is somehow blocking tethering since they instituted the block on tethering apps in the Android Market.

You are not the only person I have seen that has had an issue with Wi-Fi tethering lately. Try using Barnacle Wi-Fi Tethering and see if that works.

what exactly happens when you try and connect to the internet. do you get an error. does it say connected but still not able to get internet?
