Wifi problems with new router

Hey all,

I'm having a wifi issue with my Hero since I upgraded my router, It will work for a few minutes and then although the router signal says good and Wifi Analyser on the Hero can see the it I get no data coming through.

This is only a recent development though as I upgraded from a Linksys WRT54G (running Tomato firmware) router to a Linksys WRT160NL (which is Wirless-N on standard latest firmware for now), now I know that the Hero doesn't support N but the router is set to mixed mode as I have more G devices than N in my house so it should still work fine.

Never had a single lost connection on my WRT54G but I'd rather not downgrade again.

Any help would be appreciated.

This might be the issue. See this post, as it may apply to all current Linksys firmware versions.

Aha! Lets hope someone gets busy developing some 3rd party firmware then!

ironic, I fixed my issue (see other post) by upgrading *to* Tomato on WRT54G
