Help Wifi Tether Strict NAT

I am currently using robahos Wifi tether app "Wifi Hotspot NetMgr" but when I am trying to do certain things such as play some games using the tether it gives me an error saying that I have a strict NAT and need to forward ports on the router.

I am wondering if it is possible to open up the NAT routing and/or turn on UPnP on the app anywhere. I would really like to be able to use this for playing games.

Not possible as far as I know. No UPnP on Android.

Use a vpn, i recently started using SpeedVPN and haven't had a problem
