I'm thinking about starting a wiki page for the Evo 3D. While these forums are an excellent place for active discussion, what I've found lacking with forums in general is that it's hard to find specific information. Sticky threads are great, but sometimes, the piece of info you need is just buried in page 69 of 500 and there's no real good way to find it.
Wiki pages are great because only the most essential/important information is presented in a familiar and easy-to-find format. Existing text can be updated, augmented, and even deleted to maintain relevancy. I've always wanted to do this for the Evo 4G, but it's so much easier to start a wiki when there is still very little info on the phone to begin with and then build from there.
That's why now is the perfect time to start an Evo 3D wiki. I'd like to get some volunteers who would like to be contributors.
Requirements:
1) Excellent technical writing skills.
2) Good at seeking out details; good at doing research on the phone
3) Active with contributions
Good to have:
1) Good technical knowledge of the current Evo 4G
2) Very familiar with the rooting process
3) Experience with several ROMs
4) General Android knowledge
5) Super psyched about the Evo 3D
