+1...thanks for that, phatboyslim12, excellent advice and information.

Yeah, dreamhead, they're going to want the original device back for a warranty claim.

Try the tips for trying to locate your lost device.

Best of luck and I hope you find it.

There are so many used V's for sale you should be able to get a good one for $40.00 or less. So you have to spend a little more money on the phone, at least you have the option to buy a used one cheap. When I bricked my first V it was back in April of last year, no possibility of finding a used one for $40.00 at all. Had to buy another new one, OUCH!

thanks for the +1 on my previous post, what you can also do if you cannot find the phone is send the refurb back to them so they dont cancel your acct. and do what andyopie says, go on cl like i did and buy one for $40. then set up for warranty service AFTER you confirm the replacement was recieved if your looking for a nice new one if thats what your looking for.

i traded my triumph for $100 and the ov i have now, and even though its a smaller phone and a downgrade, it is a better running phone, and yes i intend to replace the ov but i am still fueding with vm over my previous triumph replacement...

ive been through war with virgin over replacements for my previous triumph, just send the replacement back to avoid starting a mini war with virgin...

I have one for sale, good condition, with box and everything.
I'm in Huntington Beach, CA, so you can pick it up.
