Help Will it come preloaded?

When I order my Droid X, will it come preloaded with 2.2? I'm just wondering... If not, when will it come out? I don't want to wait months for flash...

It should come out sometime early this month if Motorola doesn't change the time when they're going to release it for the X. So... to answer your first question... if you get it now, your X will NOT have 2.2 preloaded.

The OTA update is suppose to come anytime now VZ said early September. If you order your phone after the update then it will probably be shipped with 2.2. Now it also depends if your phone is one of the phones that is sitting already with 2.1 ready to ship. VZ wont go in the warehouse and pull their ready to ship phones off the shelves to reprogram them just so you can have Froyo. I say maybe a week or 2 and they will ship with 2.2 after the update. JMO
