Help Will not install apps?

[AWDeagleTSi]

Recently my LG Op V is not installing updates. I can go to update and accept and download but when it get to the point of installing it gives me a ERROR..."Couldn't install on USB or SD card".

The phone has been rooted and such since end of last year and has been working great until recent. I have tried moving the apps from the SD card to the internal drive but I was only able to do that once and now I am not able to put anything back on my SD card.

So one help as I can not find anything to this nature posted on the forums for this phone.

Have you tried formatting the SD card from a PC?

I had a similar problem and formated with the PC then installed in phone and erased with phone. That was several months ago and its still working great. Even installed it into my new V (purchased spare V, but it had no uSD card) and still working great.
