Root Will..

Thanks for answering. I'm really curious so i decided to test Simple IP and Mobile IP on PRL 2032(S3 PRL) after reading this.

I also turned airplane mode on and off before starting the test so it connects to the closest tower.

On Simple IP, the speeds were less constant and less stable on 4G LTE ( It kept going down then up,then down again etc.) Because of this, the speeds were lower. The speeds also started really low until they rose but became unstable as stated above.

On Mobile IP, the speeds started high, went down and stayed up (and continued staying up, too.) While the speeds weren't higher than Simple IP (400KBPS difference lol) they were stable and good enough.. So as for now i'm sticking with Mobile IP a bit.

Proof of speedtests: The one highlighted in White are Simple IP tests, the one in yellow are mobile IP tests.

Hmmm, it actually shouldn't affect it, that's only for 3G data, unless the 4G programming uses some of the 3G programming to get 4G data...
