Willing to make wallpapers

Hi Eyebeam,

been following this thread for over a year now, borrowed a few wallpapers and finally making a request.

Could you put a "mad" scientist Android blasting/zapping or exploding an Apple with a laser from this medical equipment.

Could it be 1440x800 . I like to use as 3 screens in multipicture wallpaper.

Hey GW, seen you around plenty as well in the "Post your android desktop" thread. You do some really nice stuff.

OK, on to business. I can give it a try. I'm not sure how well I can pull off the mad scientist look, but hey, I'm game. The rest actually shouldn't be too hard. I did find a version of the same pic large enough to use at that resolution, so that's one major hurdle already out of the way. Give me a day or two to figure out how to make the Android look (I'm thinking wild hair and lab coat - do you have any other thoughts on that?).

Edit: Ok so the wild hair idea isn't working. Frankly, it looks kinda stupid, at least how I'm trying it. Now I'm thinking some welding goggles. Sound good?

I am looking for someone who would be willing to make a wallpaper for the HTC Evo. I am looking for a blue (Tron Legacy blue) with a nice whitish blue glow effect, on a black background. However, I'd like the grid to be on a 3d angle.

Is this a possibility?

I'm not quite sure what you're asking for here... Are you saying you want just a blue grid, angling off to the distance (so that the top appears to look further away than the bottom)?

Thanks ! And he wouldnt have to be a "mad" scientist but defintly a lab coat and maybe one of those lights they wear on their head. Or googles ( just saw that LOL )

OK GW, here's my take on this idea. Hope that's more or less what you had in mind. Let me know.

While I was at it, I also made one at 960x800 in case anyone wanted a more traditional size.

To save one of them at full 1440x800 or 960x800 resolution, use the download button on the linked page or the share button to email it to an address accessible on your phone, then save the attachment. If your phone wont save it full size, or it looks fuzzy, download and save it with a computer, then USB or email the full sized version to your phone.

Thanks for letting me know. This one was fun to do. The sad part is that I put a lot of work into getting the lab coat to look right (and I think I succeeded...) before I figured out that most of it would be hidden. :o I'm not quite as happy with how the apple came out, so I may just re-do that part when I get a little extra time. I'll let you know if I do.

just posted screenshot. Looks pretty good. I did add some text to your work though. Would of had you do it if I had thought of it . Maybe IF you retry the apple.

Nice work, as usual! I like what you've done.

And, as far as adding text goes, hey, have a field day. Probably better for you to do that anyway, as you know exactly where you want it to go.
 
Looks good, however I was just wondering if you could use the Mortal Kombat 9 image (my bad i should have said that previously lol and maybe just a plain black background without the mortal kombat writing at the bottom.

Now who is being picky lol :P

But the image still looks really nice :)

p.s. Yeah, I know (now) that I misspelled Sonya on the file name and the description. But I'm NOT deleting the image, opening it up with an editor, changing the file name and then re-uploading it just to fix that! (ok, yeah I probably will, when it bugs me enough :o.)

Hmmm... Ok since I was always more of a Street Fighter kind of a guy, I'm not sure of the difference between a MK9 Sonya or any other. If you could point me in the right direction, I'll get to the changes you want.

Do any of these look like what you want? These are good large/hi-res ones.

Hi guys..
I had trying to setup one theme in my (milestone A853),
but it's told me that I don't have the file (update.zip), while I saved it in SD card.
so what can I do?:confused:
 
With all these extremely complicated and cool wallpapers flying around, I'm a little embarrassed to ask for help with my idea.

Being a simple 40+ guy.. I would like a wallpaper for my Galaxy S2 480x800 which basically takes the android green character high resolution (as see on the download screen on the phone) on a plain black background.. really simple.. any chance you could help me out please?
