Willing to make wallpapers

I have a challenge for someone to complete a full version of this wallpaper:

The first one is a normal sized android wallpaper suitable for most phones. The others were made for the wife's Multi-pic live wallpaper set-up and will only work well in a single screen setting.

Important - To save these in full 960x800 (The first one) or 480x800 resolution, use the download button on the linked page or the share button to email them to an address accessible on your phone, then save the attachment. If the phone wont save 'em full size, or they look fuzzy, download and save them with a computer, then USB or email the full sized version(s) to your phone.

ok beamy, I got a simple one for you, anychance you can take this logo from my uncles band and just place it on a black background for me? nothing fancy, just replace the white background with black...though if possible keeping the kinda shadow in the swirls..an thats for my HTC Desire.

if possible, can I also get it as a wallpaper on my computer? same thing but obviously larger..although I dont want you to resize the logo itself for the pc background, leave it at the size it is (as in from the original, not the edited one for the phone)...and I need that for 1024x768 :) thanks beamy..

Shouldn't be too hard... So, you want a phone sized one and as well as the desktop? Do you want the phone one as a single screen or full sized wallpaper?

I want the phone one as full sized wallpaper...anychance though that maybe round the extreme edges of the wallpaper you could add some smoke effect or something?

I just want the phone one to stand out a little....but I DONT want anything added on the pc one...just the straight black background with the logo..

might just be me being picky, but I notice a little bit of the previous white back/effect still a little on the pc wallpaper...Im guessing it was never a great image in the first place and that its hard to get rid of all of it...I'm talking bout the bits of white near the lettering..

anychance you can clean them up? its ok if its a little too much and you cant...but just asking in case you can.. :)

Yes - it's you being picky! :p

It is a tough base image to work with. Here's about the best I can do what you asked... Hope that's at least better for you.

eyebeam, got some good feedback on the wypeout ones you did me...and a request...

is there any chance you could you could do me a Freddie Mercury one similar to how you did your SOA ones above...maybe not with fire of course but similar kinda fashion....needs to be done for a HTC Wildfire S...and a pc desktop as well if possible...again in 1024x768..

if you can man that would be fantastic :)

I was always more of a Brian May fan ;) (hugely underrated guitar player), but sure, I'll see what I can do. By similar I assume you mean the tinting, and just the general overall look?

yea exactly :)

and he's hardly an underrated player...in every top 20 in most guitar mags/sites etc he normally places high :P

hell if he was that underrated he wouldn't of been on top of Buckingham Palace playing god save the queen :p

I'm more of a May fan, his wallpapers actually for my mother who's picking up a wildfire s very soon...so thought it would be nice for her as she's a massive Queen/Mercury fan :D

Well, yeah - musicians know May is great. I meant more your average joe, who regurgitates Clapton this, Clapton that (who is good, but far from tops on my list...), because that's what they've been told. Plus, I'm sure he's more talked about there than here in the states.

Anyway - got cha. I'll see what I can come up with for your mum. Be forewarned - I'm surprisingly having little luck finding a good high-res, large pic of Freddie. :confused: I would have thought that would be the easy part. I'll make do with what I can find.
 
yea I would rank May higher than Clapton, mainly for my father just spewing clapton this, clapton that when I was growing up lol hell my own guitar style is so far from clapton for that reason too...its now more slow acoustic bearing on spanish/Mediterranean anyway...

but anyways...thats a lil off topic lol I see what you mean, I just did a google search myself and its lil hard to find solo freddie pics in hig res, but im sure whatever you find and do eyebeam will do justice :)
 
@ Dean -

Ok, here's a desktop version to try out. Let me know what your mom thinks. If she likes the look, I'll whip up the 640x480 one for her Wildfire S.
