4g is the ONLY reason I don't use cyanogen.....I flashed it a while back, loved how different is was but I live in a 4g area w/ no internet at home, so needless to say I use wireless tether A LOT and need 4g. Thanks for the post....I DID NOT KNOW about this so I'm glad you started this thread, old news or not.

Also... if you want you should keep a nandroid of it on your phone, then you can go to it every now and then and play with it and customize it and then just re backup then go back to what you have.
I have 4 differrent roms i do that with on my phone, and i mainly use calkulins evio. But for the last few days ive been getting to really like Cyanogen.

I'll definitely do that. I've only really used Myn's, Cyanogen for like a few min. (switched back the moment I realized no 4g) and haven't really tried out a bunch of other ROMS. How's Calkulins working out for you?

i like cyanogens rom and myns i found out the other day after downloading the new maps that nav aint working but i sure it will be fixed... But anyways lol i think cyanogen will blow up now cause it will or has (since there is atill testing to make it stable release) 4g cause that was the reason alot of ppl never went with the rom but talked about how much they loved it and since 4g is working i think it will get even bigger not to talk he already has 6.1.1 out as stable also......

Same with everything you said, 'cept i prefer MIUI. Cyanogenmods pretty nice too, don't get me wrong.

I like Cyn cause its close to pure android as I can get besides Nexus phones, I loved Myn but I don't care for sense and I loved MIUI but I feel like why fake an iphone when I love Android more. And like you all I didn't know he cracked 4g, had just been seeing rumors but glad he put his mind to it and accomplished it.

It was great, i used it quite a bit and got amazing battery life on the stock htc 17 kernel that comes with it. Not many problems either.
I just started using my nandroid of Myns again today, so im going to use that for a few days
I bounce around a lot lol. I have to say my top three are Calkulins, Myns then Cyanogen.

ummmm no it is not since they have it working on their phones and which in return they have cyanogen 6.1.1 running on their phones with wimaxx therefor it is on it so it is not false just not resleased to us yet....... b4 you come in here and puff out your chest and act like you know check and read info b4 hand

Nowhere in your post other than the one above did you say it was running only in developmental capacity. Your title is a little misleading but anyone who has been following on xda will know it it not yet released to anyone outside of the devs and guinea pigs.
