Root Wipe Droid X

If I want to Wipe my Droid X completely through the phone options, will it delete the droid x bootstrapper (Kousch) also will it remove all root and root applications? I would like to start with a Clean slate Droid X?

it will delete all apps, but you wont lose root

I guess I should rephrase I want it to be like I just took it out of the box. I want a clean slate. I want to remove (Kousch bootloader), (Root) Everything!!!!!!
