Yep I agree, I would never send that much money. This is just getting crazy, I wish I had one too, then sell, buy a new one, then profit.

Just like the XBOX 360 craze when it first came out. Some people will pay to be the first. I worked with a guy who went and waited in line with his wife and got two the day they went on sale. Put them both on ebay for a starting bid of what they cost and no reserve. One sold for $3200 and the other for $1800. A $4000 profit for waiting in line overnight.

That last one on ebay went for $930. Chances are if he put it on ebay it would get mid $800s. After ebay takes their cut (theives) he's really not making enough money to warrant going through it all IMO.

Or furbies or Wii's or anything else in high demand. If people are stupid people including me will take advantage of them. I bought 7 Wii's and sold 6 so mine was "free."
