Help Won't charge connected to PC but is recognized

Could anyone explain to me why my phone no longer charges through my PC but it used to about two months ago. It is recognized by my PC and says that it is charging on my phone but the battery either doesn't increase at all or it drops.

Seriously though, it depends too what your doing on your phone and if it's using resources.

I don't really mess with custom Kernels though, don't really OC/UC

obviously with my battery, don't need any charging tweaks either lol.

I use to mess with custom on my Evo 3D, has to because PACman was the rom the flash and needed custom for video playback to work correctly lol
 
I over/underclock but i dont mess with voltages etc.
A tweak ive seen is to disable the safety thing where the phone detects a damaged charger and really cuts down the current but im scared to try it lol. I have a couple of chargers that barely keep the phone at the same percentage because the phone must "know" theyre ****ed :)
 
On the s3 I see absolutely no reason to over clock, on the US version at least.

I could see under clocking for the battery. But other than that, all I do is flash roms/mods lol
