Help Wont charge to 100%

I tried to search for this issue but no luck. I am on my 2nd GN and this one seems to lag much more and not as smooth in general. Also, the second I pull it off the charger the battery is at 98%. It never charges to 100%. Anyone else see this?

When your charging it and it gets to 98%, unplug it, shut it off, then plug it back in for about 15 min while its off!

Power it back on and you should be at 100%. If not....plug it back in while powered on and it should reach a 100% within a few min...

FYI...you shouldn't have to do this all the time to get to 100%...should just need to get cycled once or twice and you should be good to go...
