Hello, my mom has a Warp Sequent and has recently run into an issue. She can receive text messages, but text messages won't send.
Additionally, when she tries to make a call, she receives an error message saying "out of service area."
She has already done everything recommended by Boost, including calling to reset the network, doing all the updates, etc., including a factory reset.
It apparently sends a code saying problems with connectivity, but Boost couldn't recommend anything to fix that.
The phone hasn't been dropped or been in heat or water. She has been a big fan of ZTE until this issue. What do you advise? Thanks in advance for any help!!
