Help Word attachments

I just switched to the Droid Incredible from Palm. I would like to know how to read Word doc attachments from emails. They seem to be down loading, but I do not know how to find and read them. Then, how can I write docs and attach to email? Do I need a special ap? Thanks for your help.

If you have an MIcroSd installed I believe Quick OFfice handles Word attachments.
