Talked to VM rep today, they were following up on my 3g problem I had and she told me that the number is changing, the new escalation number will be 855-250-5271 (PS don't tell anyone I told u )

Thanks for confirming that this # still works. I actually still had it in my contacts and needed it today. Of course they were of no help (well one guy tried to be, then transferred me to the wrong person), but still.

I called this number four times today. I was transferred all over the place and restarted my phone so many times my finger hurts. Fourth call was the charm. Interestingly though, the first person to answer the phone was the same person every time - and he was the person who eventually solved my problems. I reminded him every time that I called previously and he eventually pulled out all the stops to help me.

So, 855.250.5271 is a good number, at least for now.
