I sent a politely worded, but firm, e-mail to Verizon after my second Eris broke (silent bug). The customer service rep apologized profusely and offered a Motorola Droid (which I accepted).
I was pleased Verizon acted so quickly to keep me happy (though I will admit, it was a good letter). Fast forward five days and the phone I received in the mail? ANOTHER refurbed Eris.
Needless to say, I'm pissed.
