Write Fail Error in Odin on Galaxy

I was able to re flash TWRP with odin. I done the battery pull as well. Im still not able to do factory rest, still asking for passcode and the only one it takes is 0000. But then it will not proceed. Is all hope lost?

I was able to flash TWRP again with Odin. Done the battery pull. Still cant factory reset though. Is all hope lost?

While in TWRP were you able to flash the bootloader and modem zip again?
Not sure how you have a Factory Data Reset password set up,that's something you have to do from settings-security.
Guess still looking at baseband version unknown, IMEI corrupt, no sound and sim not found.
Fixing the IMEI should take care of the baseband unknown and maybe the issue with sim. Not sure of the sound, could try custom ROM to see if it software. Life would be easier if we could find Odin flashable version of NJ2 Firmware but doesn't exist.
Do you want to work on IMEI next?

Yes i was able to flash bootloader again However i noticed a diff, in the modem file. I dont think its for this phone? UCUFNE4?

Now, boot back into TWRP and flash the SuperSU update zip and Reboot. Open SuperSU and update its Binary and disable Knox. Once you get the phone set up the way you like it,boot bacvk into TWRP and make a backup. It will give you the option to save it to SD card.
Things I keep on PC and phone SD card.
NJ2 bootloader and modem zip
NJ2 System image zip
Stock recovery zip
SuperSU update zip
TWRP backup.

Did backup , it went fine. Everything still working like it should. Updated SU and binary, Disabled Knox.
As far as the ^^^^^^ I noticed the directions are for CWM and not TWRP but the idea is the same. I want to attemp but ehh ~ what if i mess something up?!

Pretty easy and you have a backup made if something goes wrong. Think of it like a restore point on a PC. Instructions same if using TWRP.
1- Download rom and Gapps zip files and copy to SD card.
2- Preform wipe (factory reset)in TWRP.
3- Select Install zips(rom+Gapps)then flash.
4- reboot system
5-Set phone back up the way you like it
6-Make a new backup with TWRP.

If something goes wrong or you don't like rom, boot back into TWRP and restore stock backup.

Jfalls63, you are the GREATEST! I have been trying to reset my S3 to factory for months. After reading and rereading your conversation with Idycnqst, I finally have it going and it is rooted! Thanks for taking the time to help us both.
